1. Your personal data can be found in the database of contractors of the HOTEL ŁABĘDY located in Gliwice (44-109), ks. Jerzego Popiełuszki 11 street.
2. The administrator of your personal data is AGROBAKAL A. sCURYŁO, E. SZCZOTKA SPÓŁKA JAWNA with its registered office in Pyskowice (44-120), Nasienna 1 street, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs KRS under number 0000083368.
3. Your personal data may be processed in order to perform a contract for provision of hotel services or promotion and marketing of products and services offered by the HOTEL ŁABĘDY (in case of consent to processing for these purposes), and for purposes that derive from the legitimate interests of the administrator.
4. The data are processed pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 item a), b), c) and f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
5. The legitimate interest of the processing of personal data is direct marketing of services provided by data administrator, fraud prevention as well as maintaining customer relations.
6. Your personal data processed in order to perform the contract will be stored until expiry of statute of limitation on both parties' claims for performance of the contract. However, the data processed for the purposes of promotion and marketing of products and services offered by the HOTEL ŁABĘDY, including sending commercial information via electronic means to the indicated e-mail address (in the case of consent to these purposes) will be processed until withdrawal of the consent. The data will be processed in the legitimate interests for a period not exceeding 5 years from the last contact.

7. Your data may be shared with or transmitted to the following categories of recipients:
   • transport and taxi companies if we order transport or courier service for our guest;
   • companies providing ICT services and IT support;
   • companies providing legal services;
   • debt collection companies;
   • banks;
   • ompanies providing other services ordered by our guests.
8. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to move data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting legality of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
9. Your personal data will no be processed automatically and will not be profiled.
10. When you consider that the administrator proceeds your personal data in a way that violates the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the president of Personal Data Protection Office.
